While I agree that the comments are uncalled for I am going to suggest that you put him on your FOE list. The FOE list gives you the ability to prevent him from doing this again. I am marking this CLOSED.

a fair & just ruling, ES - was pretty tame by todays standards. lacked creativity, as well.
