Comments: These three players have not made any meaningful attacks on each other, except one between FERN01 land Gull1 in Europe. They generally take about 24 hours to take a turn. Now that they are attacking me nearly in unison, they are taking turns quickly. Example, FERN01 usually takes about 24 hours; today he attacked within minutes.
At one point, I had North Africa down to 3 troops against 40-something in Brazil. FERN01 could have broken his bonus, but didn't touch it. He just let him rebuild. So one will invade, like tedstroop, but he doesn't really attack green ever in a meaningful way. Just me. Now FERN01 is attacking. FERN01 has only singles in SA. It will be interesting to see if Gull1 even bothers to take him out for his spoils. I think they are engaging in secret diplomacy either via pm or email.
I also noticed that, somehow, all of the chat has disappeared from the chat dialog box.

Many times in flat rate games they turn into a stalemate. It isn't uncommon that is a stalemate type game the leader becomes the target.

You mentioned that FERNO1 didn't attack and break greens bonus. In round 23 FERON1 broke the bonus of Gell1 while you refused to break the SA bonus of FERON1. From round 22 until round 29 you didn't break Feron1's bonus when he only had 1 troop on Bogota.

Through some of the middle rounds it looks like all of you were using Europe as a card spot. Everybody was building, so no significant attacks were made.

It looks to me that you wanted FERON1 to do the grunt work of breaking the Africia bonus. Then in round 49 you decided to break FERON1's SA bonus. Were you thinking that FERON1 wouldn't return the favor. Then Gill1 took advantage of your miscalculation and moved in.

I don't see any secret diplomacy.
