Comments:
1. They have formed an alliance and refuse to take each others bonuses, even when they had no defended borders.
2. They probably have a non-agression game, until all others are out.
3. They had many standard games togheter -> i dont understand why not played double.
4. They used an inadequate language in the game
5. The end of the game is a fiasco(look at game log), they just try to make it longer ... probably for don't receive a double neg feedback(from me and blue).

... sad!

From my point of view, I say that they're in some sort of agreement of not eliminating each other. Sub is pretending to try to fight back by attacking Cuba, but then Iron comes in and attacks Cuba too. Coincidential isn't it? It is very obvious that they want to attempt to not end this game.

Yes, this game will never end...

If you can find more evidence these two will probably be blocked, but the view from one game is not enough to convince me. If there are other complaints about them in the future, then we'll see.
