Comments: Beginning of game cubs asked jared to be allies. i asked why they felt the need and cubs replies with "idk i just feel like it". jared declined in chat saying it would be unfair and ironically cubs is then like "yes i agree it would be unfair."
HOWEVER... take a look at the game log. cubs has not once attacked jared, and has even left oceania WIDE OPEN next to green (red did not even fortify at the end of a turn with extra armies in oceania and green right at his border.)
Seems pretty sketchy to me.
EDIT: Also to add, take a look at the game they played against each other, and please note the 12 year old-like chat between them: Game 742686
