I suspect GIR of intentionally deadbeating.

Comments: I assumed at the time that if a person deadbeated in a 3 vs. 3 game, the remaining territories would become neutral. Instead, they passed to the teammates. I didn't think about it before when it was happening, but now it looks obvious. A 24-hour storm? A 24-hour pre-season soccer practice? Freakin' bullcrap. I bet there's logs somewhere of them discussing this, either in PMs or team messaging.
