Comments: Basically the guy is dishonorable...and he is taking advantage of issues with the game so that you can't take your turn. In a freestyle game he waits till the last seconds to take his turn. Or he won't take his turn and that means you don't get to take your turn either.

lots of others have complained about him for doing this too.

dude i had the same problem but i did a poll and the moderater will tell you the same thing this is NOT cheating. first off 2 to 1 said this was good strategy not cheating. The moderater will tell you that the guy in charge will fix it. So dont even try to get him in trouble for this its NOT cheating.

This is a cheap way to win, shows the person has no class or skill to fight fairly. But this isn't cheating.

As others said, its not cheating but most people regard it as being very cheap and wouldn't like to play against such tactics. A perfect case for negative feedback.
