Ahoy Ahoy CCer's,


As many of you know, we've been going through a few Staffing Changes over the last couple of weeks. A few faces are leaving, but a new one is joining! So lets get down to it!

After two long stays as dedicated Multi Hunters, both Fireside Poet and Master Bush will be putting to rest their multi slaying sword. They both have been invaluable assets to Conquer Club, and they will be missed on our Team. Perhaps now without Multi Hunting duty on their minds, they'll be able to get back to playing countless hundreds of games. I wish them well!

A new face added to Multi Hunting Team is king achilles. king achilles is a full time Conquer Club Staffer and will be helping out in this forum along with doing a number of other things behind the scenes (like rubbing lack's feet after a hard day of coding, etc ). So welcome aboard king achilles!

And remaining on the job is the great, one and only, sully800. Now get back to work, .

Well, if I had more to say, I would...so...THAT'S ALL FOLKS!

i've never even heard of this king achilles how does he get that mod job over me..srsly.

I was wondering where this king achilles had come from since I had seen him bust up some multis recently. I'm going to miss Fireside.

I think it's kind of cool that his little tag just says "Staff"

I never had envisioned CC as actually having a staff before.

Who would want to turn in being a multi hunter? I figure it's awesomely fun.

Anyway, welcome king achilles, and good luck you Bush and Fireside with whatever you are doing

Who is the guy anyway? And why was he chosen?

I'm not objecting to his appointment (I'm sure he's cool and all...) but given that he's a bit of an unknown to many of the regulars here, perhaps we could have a little intro on him?

Remember: I'm not asking for an intro because I think he's a bad choice, I'm asking for an intro because I want to know what a good choice he is.

I guarantee it.

I would like to take a moment to thank lackattack and AndyDufresne for asking me to help out with the site. It was an honor to work with some very fine individuals.

I would like to thank my fans, followers, stalkers and distant admirers also for supporting me and giving me so much $#%@$#% work!

I will still be around CC ... the addiction that keeps on giving ... uhh, something... non-communicable... err.. .whatever... anyway, I'll see you all in the games.

This is not about staffing changes among the mods, just the multi hunters. That was previously Fireside Poet, Master Bush and myself. Now FP and MB have gracefully bowed out after close to a year of dedicated service and king achilles has climbed aboard.

Wicked, AK, and moz are all in the mod squad which has duties that extend well beyond cheating and abuse.

king achilles may be an unknown to all of us. but i have found a few multis lately, and had some b.s. feedback, and some dickhead that went columbine.

shit, my last couple of weeks on cc have been crazy? achilles has risen to the occasion every time. he gives great replies, which are timely, and well thought out!

Thank you for welcoming me in this wonderful community of yours and I hope we could all get along and help CC become one of the best website. Just like what we have done in http://www.mpogd.com

I am quite new here in CC and the lackattack has given me the opportunity to be his full time staff. I'll be "here and there" from time to time depending on what needs some assistance with. For those of you who are wondering how or why I was chosen, I am not the right person to answer that (rubbing lack's feet is already the giveaway answer).

As CC has grown in popularity the daily flow of emails, feedback complaints and multi suspects from our scanning tool has become overwhelming for myself and our volunteers. We needed full time help with the day-to-day administration of the website. The only affordable solution was to look overseas, and with the help of a remote staffing agency we conducted interviews. King achilles was clearly the man with the right skills, experience and attitude for the job.

Three months, 95 games, 75 posts, 550 answered etickets and 1691 busts & blocks later, the King has proven himself and we're glad to have him on the team!

Although I am a bit dissapointed that he's still a Private
