Ubernoob9999 set up and played alongside oggis purely to weaken opponents so Oggis could win. Game play was really obvious thus initially suspecting multi-account. Then looking at game history, it became even more obvious.

They are, Iput in the form last week and sully blocked them, if they still playing together fill in another form

he/they started the game with TheOracle before they had been banned from playing together

Yes, the game has already started for about a week before they were reported and blocked from playing together.
