if not multis,than secret aliance or we have to find those people,cos they are affected by telepathy and they have to be studied

I attacked to get the territories I wanted, and not specific people. Also, I felt much less of a threat from Why not Smile.

To prove a secret alliance you'll have to provide more evidence from another game, because I have a feeling this is just an isolated instance.
