Yeah, so first of all, that feed-game: thebest only took one territory from chadisha, the rest were neutral territories. There was no chat between them.
In the current game, a) they joined the game at around the same time, b) chadisha's turn followed thebest's turn by exactly 19 seconds (hardly coincidental), and thebest managed to wipe out all the opposition in one continent (S. San Fran), which chadisha promptly took.
