Strange message when clicking on the name 'Ownagewillhappen' in game 2403987

I'm not accusing anybody - but the message that comes up when I want to check this member is very strange

Can somebody explain?

They've probably been busted as a multi.

There are two things, first you mistyped the game number, I believe you meant Game 2404581. Second, there is a chance that this player was busted as a multi. When that happens the player's profile is no longer visible and you get the message you described (I viewed the same page you did and saw the same message). No, this only means that the other player will probably not be taking his/her turns.
