Comments:
They both focused on killing everyone else in the game, except each other, until the end.

i dunno, its kinda hard to tell, it almost seems like they were across the map from each other at the time but i cant be sure

Suspects:

* boneheads

Verdict: Cleared of secret alliance.

From my view, Speist concentrated on Europe and SA when he/she could. boneheads ruled aussie for most of the game. The knocking down of blue and then his/her subsequent missed turn was a key turn that changed everything in boneheads favor in which he ran the board after that.

Feel free to use ignore/foe list or feedback if you feel differently still, but I just don't see it.
