I'll try to explain :

It's a fog game. In 1st round I owned Central America, then I tried to control Rusia. At this time Clementine (red) worked to control Far East. I broke his bonus, but his counter attack killed all my troops in Rusia in 2 rounds.

I moved to Northern America, but after I controled all of them killed my troops there, I had only Panama, Guatemala, Mexico, Western USA, Southern USA, Cuba and Carribean.
From the log I know that red owned Australia too, and quixoticdave (blue) controlled South America.

I thought I must go far from red, and because I had 3 troops in Papua and 3 troops in New Zeeland and I could Cash next turn, I planned to take Australia but I wanted to set a trap against red in Mexico. He couldn't see Mexico at this time.

Also in 8th I took Australia and moved all my troops from Panama to Mexico. Then red make the next move like I planned. After taking Western USA he saw I had 11 troops in Mexico and he has only 5 or 6 in Western USA. He wasn't able to take Mexico, but he took Southern USA, Cuba and Carribean. After this round he had only 1's in teritory around Mexico, and maybe 1's in all Northern America.

Aha... next round I could attack him back. With 7 reinforcement, I would have 18 troops in Mexico. I could break all his bonus.

Now, let's see the situation from blue perspective. FYI Red is the strongest player on the map and blue is the 2nd. Everybody in the game know that red and me (silver) attacked each other. Blue (owner of SA) saw 2 troops of mine in Panama. I knew he would attack me there. No problem. He wouldn't attack me in Mexico, because he knew that was a trap from me against red.

But... But he killed all my troops in Mexico. Dang!! Fine. It's okay, maybe he wanted to control Central America. What I couldn't understand, why he didn't attack red in Southern USA or Western USA, to break red's bonus???

This question couldn't go from my head. Is it blue so stupid?

Then they started to talk each other in Chat (it's deleted by them). From the words they used, I know they must know each other. Then I looked at their profile and found that quixoticdave
only played with Clementine in private 1vs1 game. Here they are : http://www.conquerclub.com/player.php?mode=find&submit=Search&player1=quixoticdave&sort=D

P.S : I hope you can understand, what I want to say. Sorry english is not my 1st language. But I tried my best.

Users cannot delete chat. One of the functions of the Foe List is that the game chat by a user on your Foe List is not shown and anything already posted is removed.

Ooops my bad

But what you do think about the situation? That is sure a secret diplomacy. The problem is, it's a fog game. We can't see outside our borders, but I think game administrator can see that

It is really hard to point a secret diplomacy in this, especially in a fog of war game. If what you say that blue should have attacked red to break his bonus, perhaps he also thought about what red could do in return and he may not be able to recover after that. Or probably avoiding an early collision with an enemy that could weaken him in the long run. Attacking a possible weak region to break someone's bonus does not necessarily mean you should. Sometimes, you have to weigh the situation and also think of the possible consequence. We are not even sure of how blue sees the map since it's a fog of war game. The same goes with the other players.

As for their other games, so far, it's all one-on-one games and this is their first game played together with other opponents. Perhaps they know each other since they are all private games. Also, they are not multis, just in case you are wondering.

I didn't say they are multis. I suspected them conducting secret diplomacy. Reason : what blue did in game and the games played by blue before.
My opinion : if someone want to play with his friend in a multiplayer game, he should play a team game like double game or triple.

Anyway, thanks for reading and the answer. I'll be carefull to join a game later ;)
