there was a lot more evidence but it all the rest was deleted shortly after he posted on my wall

Not true by any stretch of the imagination.

Owner1997 could have "lent" his account to the owner of those 2 other accounts mentioned in one of those threads mentioned here. Owner1997 has already been warned about this.
