I am not sure what you are claiming. Are you saying that he sent you abusive PMs or are you saying that he sent you a PM during the game? Are you claiming that this user has more than one account?

He was just probably saying things to scare you. evilweasel8 is cleared. You can put him on foe and tweak your message settings to filter out messages coming from people in your foe list.
