Comments:this game was just dirty from the beginning.Trading the same territory back and forth for cards.chippy22 refused to break carrotsticksbonuses the entire game even though he(carrotstick)would keep a 1 on their shared bonus Carrotstick made sure he had heavy troop deployments on all his other opponents borders.Also how does a player hold Wales the entire game unless someone lets him

I did not look at the logs, but if something was going on between these 2 they are not too bright. Andy is in the game.

I have checked chippy22 and carrotsticks and they are not multi accounts with each other.
Also, this is their first game played together so far. We would need more than one game of strong evidence of malicious plays involving the same players to warrant a block. If you believe that they had a secret collision, feel free to leave the appropriate ratings for them.
