An IP check does not automatically clear you as a multi if the IP's are different. I've seen plenty of multis on different IP addresses.

I think you can trace IP addresses even through proxies.

If you suspect yourself maybe you should file a report here?

Colton - don't let them get you down. I have been accused of multiplying no less than 4 different people. Each time I asked an IP check be run on me and each time it came back negative. Eventually ... when it becomes painfully clear you're being targeted for harassment via multi accusations ... the mods get tired of running IP checks and start firing back at the accusers.

The Gang of 5 spend wayyyy too much time here with their "virtual friends" and feel a sense of ownership and empowerment. When someone intrudes they feel territorial and defensive and react accordingly. Feitner and Rogaves did a study on this dynamic in baboons in '02. The Gang of 5 is just mirroring the behavior of that other primate species.

Be patient, don't descend to their level / stay out of the mud, remain professional and polite and you'll come out on top in the end like me.
