I have no clue, how it happen. I checked your game with the Map Inspect and there I see that they can attack each other. Maybe you can try it again, the Map Inspect see no problems on it...

And in other games I have self no trouble with the attacks. I'm sorry for you in that game and hopefully it won't damage you a lot in gameplay :-(

Hello,

In map number 1685936, I can't move from Hainaut to De Peel, but normally it should work...

Thats strange, just like you said normally it should work.
I have no clue, how that can happen in your game.

Any thoughts on setting the three capitols to start as neuts? I just started a 2v2 game and the other team by chance started with all three autodeploy +1 territories. If those territories could begin as neutrals it could keep the initial spawns more fair, for pretty much any game type probably.
