Looks like a good map, I'm going to have to get a few games going on it. Look forward to your future projects.

So far my dice have royally sucked on Macedonia

But despite my dice issues, it's a good map. The bonuses seem pretty balanced, I don't think the map will be in Beta very long.

Good job NN. 8-)

Nice map. Just one thing this map needs. It needs a stamp so we know which map maker made it! Put something so we know it was you!

A subtle way to sign this map would be to change the compass to use n.n. instead of N, but it probably deserves something more.

i would like to leave the map unsigned - first because i do not think that is necessary nor i feel the need to sign my name or alias over such a beautiful map image :) and secondly - i have tried once and did not find the elegant solution to do this although maybe there could be one, i went back to my original feel that this is really not needed

appropriate info about the mapmaker(s) can be found in the map info database ...

Bah, just sign it.

Not everyone wants to go through the trouble of browsing the map database. People who like your map should know who they should thank for making it.

Well, if that is the only issue we have from the beta testing... :)

Are there any issues in beta playing?
I have not encountered any...

Please post if there is something other than map signing - which i will do.

Patience, man. Beta testing usually takes a while. Let the map be in beta for a while so people have the chance to pick out any possible flaws in gameplay.

I agree with the last 2 comments. I recently played a game on this map. It plays great, no complaint there, my only complaint is that I had to keep checking the bonuses, and it was kind of a pain because it doesn't jump out at you as quickly as it could.

I'd really suggest putting something onto the map itself too.... you can put something in the top-left corner using the same font as the eastings.northings, or could add a subheading underneath the map title...

I've got a couple of games going, look forward to them.

I'd also put some sort of signature on the map, or a logo/icon that can be yours. :)

the signature will be added, when there is nothing else left to do, is there?

(You can add your signature to the map in due course - that's no reason to hold up the map in Beta when there are no gameplay issues)

Congratulations, n.n., on a job well done! A swift and smooth trip through Beta. It's gone by so fast, I still haven't played this map, but it's a handsome, straightforward map, which is no doubt why it's been quenched already.

It is a pretty good 1vs1 map---all my matches on it have been in that format. The upper bonus zones seem to come into play the most. So far, I don't think I've any games where the 'Lake bonus' comes into play.
