Okay, my mistake again. This is the second time my bad eye sight has caused me to suggest something like that someone didn't need to do.

you fool . . .

Okey im going to go ahead and do this:

Image

BUT

its only becasue oaktown hasnt relied, if he does and says that the colorblind is an issue still it MUST be resolved, if you dont attempt to resolve it a will un-issue the stamp.

Although the discussion for a name changes isnt REALLY a graphically issue i want you to note that this map will not be quenched if the said discussion is still ongoing.

jsut letting you know :)

Guess this means I should hurry up and double check this xml when I get home. It will be done.

Edit: Wiped out the whole conversation below, it wasn't helpful.

I've just had the following chat with Cicero - who is colourblind...

[22:45:16] yeti_c says: Hey Cic,
[22:45:30] yeti_c says: Can you take a quick look in the "netherlands" map topic...
[22:45:40] yeti_c says: There's a Colourblind issue that might need commenting on!!

[22:48:29] cicero says: which forum ?

[22:48:37] yeti_c says: Final Forge

[22:51:56] cicero says: ok, can see the map on page 80 ... what's the potential issue ?

[22:52:06] yeti_c says: Yellow/Orange...
[22:52:17] yeti_c says: The two Continents...

[22:52:23] cicero says: you got me already :)

[22:52:49] yeti_c says: You mean you can't tell which is which?

[22:53:10] cicero says: yup, not with any certainty with pastel colours ...
[22:53:15] cicero says: but wait a moment ...
[22:53:47] cicero says: I would say utrecht & biesbosch are in a continent on their own (2)
[22:54:23] cicero says: and everything from hoekschewaard north to west-friesland is too (5)
[22:54:32] cicero says: after that it is pretty clear ...

[22:54:56] yeti_c says: That proves that it isn't - I was asking about Yellow...
[22:55:10] yeti_c says: Which is Over-Betuwe - north to Overjssel!!!
[22:55:53] yeti_c says: (PS you did get the middle continent correct tho)

[22:55:45] cicero says: the thing is that whilst my colour vision is impaired (though not completely missing), I can combine the colour I can see with the tonal value to make distinctions ... even though I can't name the colours
[22:56:24] cicero says: ok, yes I see that continent too - it's quite distinct I just couldn't /name/ the colour

[22:56:39] yeti_c says: OK so you could tell what the 3 continents were - unless someone said - get the green continent?

[22:56:59] cicero says: absolutelly

[22:57:10] yeti_c says: OK - that's brilliant.

There are many types of colorblindness so we can't say the continents are distinguishable for everyone just from that, but I'd think that's good enough.

Pretty much what I thought!!

It would be good to get the Oakster in here to double check but I suspect that Oaky and Cicero have similar CB.

Cena-Rules is also CB.

Well, I live in Amsterdam, and find it downright weird to see a bridge there (where there is actually quite a span of water, the IJmeer, that would be rather hard to bridge, although there has been some talk about it, since the city of Almere is just across). If you are not going to change the appearance of the Amsterdam territory, that bridge should be from Utrecht to Flevoland.
