To me, the flags look kinda smudgy.

I would recommend just drawing the flags in the actual size instead of resizing down from bigger flags - you only have one flag so it shouldn't be a huge chore.

I see a weird line going from the bottom of the ship to the lower border. Just left of the words XML Gilligan. Other than that It's looking great, and look forward to seeing this in the forge.

Flags are not resized (except the ones on small version)....as said somewhere previously i'm happy with them as they are.

That line, i hate it. But it's a part of the background texture and it's not so easy to remove as it seems. Now i'm doing a thing on the legend, when ready I'll take care of that hateful line.
Version 7.3 coming soon ;)

The line was removed.
I did a test with underlined titles in the legends instead of using the glow, i'm fine with both so please tell me which version do you prefer. :)

I think I prefer the underline. It seems like every map uses a glow on the text.

If you could keep it underlined and add the glow later...

Alright, I have the XML complete. I am just stepping out the door so I do not have time to upload/test coordinates right now, but I will do that tonight.

EDIT: Uh oh...Something went horribly wrong...stay tuned...

#-o I find it remarkable that someone hadn't made this joke already. At least, I don't think I have seen it, and I have been watching this for some time.

          Beta - Quenching

---The Final Forge period has concluded for the Cyprus Map. All objections have had their time. The Foundry and I hereby brand this map with the Foundry Beta Brand. Let it be known that this map is now ready for BETA Play. After an extended period of time in BETA and once all quirks and issues have been resolved, the map will be put into Full Play (barring any Lack vetoes).

Conquer Club, enjoy!

              Image

While the map is in BETA Play, there are a couple of administrative tasks that are required of the mapmaker(s) in addition to the initial gameplay testing:
    1. Please ensure that the first post of the thread contains all the necessary information to help future visitors to the development thread; it's particularly important to ensure the most recent images are there, along with any helpful guides (such as gameplay quirks/nuances or the location/size of any starting neutrals etc.)
    2. Please update the Map Information Portal with details of your map
    3. Finally, it is the responsibility of the mapmaker(s) to ensure that they respond to further feedback in a timely and constructive manner.
