Probably unnecessary for 99% of people, and perhaps not even a valid questioned situation... but I went after South Pole in my first game hoping it might only have 15 armies or something on it. I know that it resets to 30... but is it possible that it starts at a lower value? If it is possible, perhaps a clarification in the map text, though honestly, I'd doubt it affects many people at all. As much as anything, just wondering if it is possible to set it up that way on maps...

Currently, if I am not mistaken, killer neutrals reset to their starting values, so if it is going to reset to 30, it has to start at 30.

South Pole doesn't reset to 30, or any amount - it just loses 10 troops per turn, like the map legend states.
