Hi, I am playing this map for my first time, with fog of war on. I was wondering if you would consider making the Baseballs on the field reset to neutral as soon as you finish you turn as the next player can just follow which ball you hit to making fog of war pointless and penalizing you for hitting first.

Just a thought :)

Sorry the current XML doesn't work in that way, though that is an interesting thought.

This current format leaves lots of tactical possibilities though - you can for example attack one baseball and leave a 1, then attack somewhere else, for example. Make your opponent guess which is right

Why is Hank not able to attack RF 4? Ted can attack all the way to the LF line

Looking at the map, it occured to me you might be able to incorporate steals. Maybe 1st base can assault 2nd base? My other question is why 15 on the mound? Looks great, keep it up!

It's up to 2 territories away... RF4 is 3 away from Hank

Right, but why would you have LF be different from RF?

Because you don't want a completely symmetric map.

LI7 is listed as II7 in the XML.

Yes, somehow it got spelled lower-case-ell, upper-case-eye, seven. At least it is all through, so it does not effect game play, but I suspect it shows up in drop down menus out of order. It would be nice to clean that up.

It looks like the territory Mike was left out of the losing condition. Strange how this never came up before. Corrected XML is attached.

I thought if you took the mitt out, you took out the player? When did it change that a player could still live out on the field? Was that a change way back in beta; or did that recently change?

I don't think it was ever like this. The only condition is if you hold only home runs.

So if a pitcher is taken out from the mound, how can a pitcher be taken back?

it is impossible. Once you've lost the pitcher it is lost forever.
