KY really isn't overpowered when you consider that you have to defend it from all 4 regions against 6 regions. NE you only have to defend 3 regions against 3 regions, MI is the same way. So if you look at it in that light you will see that really they have the right bonus.

You are the first person since I redid the state lines awhile ago. For right now, I am reluctant to redo them unless I see more players mentioning the same thing. As for the ovals, I had the circles at one time, but because of the 888's always going outside the circles and running unto the interstates, some of the numbers disappeared. So the ovals pretty much fixed the problem.
