Why are the Brazilian lines so generous? Specifically the A line and Z line (the latter has 4 openings and gives 6 troops.)

They are in the Pint Sized Foundry, to which you have access to. LOL!

Shouldn't it be ENTSG in Buenos Aires since that is the order of rail lines in clockwise order? Forgive if this has been mentioned ..... Robes
