Ok, I'm tired to wait for the spare part for my laptop so I decided to go with the change using a old laptop I have (that makes everything slower and frustrating ](*,) ).

Changes:
- fixed poszega-pozsega also in the xml
- Worked on woods to make clear there's no connections between somogy-vezprem and between veszprem-bjelovar. Cairnswk let me know if it's clearer now ;)
- The font...the problem is not the small font, in fact it is redeable on the version i send to Lack, the problem is just the compression when he uploads the files (i'm not the only one with this problem). So add a glow won't help so much...i can think to go with a "larger" small version to have a clearer text. :-k
- Added a bridge between syrmia and temes. I was also thinking about adding that connection. Changed the xml accordingly the new borders. The bonus is the same, i think it's good also with another connection. Just the new border open a bit more the game in that side of the map.
- About the bonus in displayed in the bonus, It's a BOB problem that lists overriden bonuses so I won't change the bonus names in the xml to have a clearer BOB list (bob is not a official site feature, so I don't care about it). In the log bonuses are displayed in the right way so it's fine in tht way.

Here below the new files ready for lackattack:

That looks more balanced with the bridge there. Consider a pathway thru the mountains from Mahren and Pozsony. I wish there was more feedback for you as Im basing this under my experience over all maps and then the one game Ive had on this map. Ill join some more on this map asap to get you better feedback.

LAST CALL

If anyone has any other comments on tweaking the gameplay/graphics, now is the time to speak up! If there are no other concerns within the next couple of days, this map will be quenched!

Dammit i really need to get on these forums sooner testing these maps out. Its a great map But i see improvements that would make it a more fun map.
Basically, I have now played or I am playing a few more games on this map, my conclusion is that no one will go for the objective. I find that getting the objective on a map is a fun alternative strategy but given how many neutrals one needs to go thru in order to achieve a win with the objective it will never be done in a real game.

My suggestion was to take the 3 neutrals around Budapest and Wien and turn them into standard territories or 1 neutrals. I just feel that if there is going to be an objective it must be realistic to obtain, the way it is designed it is way easier to dominate the map than objective, even with fog. This map will be one of the many where no one ever gets the objective like Peloponnesian War for example.

If map can still be modified that would be awesome cause I think it is a above average in playability but it could be awesome. I got into the map late to offer feedback sorry :(

Congrats on getting it passed though :)

First of all thank you for your thoughts. :)
Now, let me say that's a bit funny to read what you wrote...this because if you go back of a couple of pages in this thread you can read the opposite...
My opinion is that the objective is not easy to achieve, but not so damn hard....i think it's strictly related with the game settings and the number of players, certainly it is not something you can do in few turns. The problem is the thrones give you also an additional bonus, so maybe reduce them is not a totally a bad idea.
But have those neutrals reduced to 1 is too much imo, for example it will give too much power to the player who has a lucky drop/dice on Bohemia regions.... maybe reduce them to 2 could be better? (with the exception of Tolna that I would like to keep at 3 in any case)

As of it is now, in order to obtain the objective one would need to do this twice, go thru 3,3,4. So a total of 20 neutral units. I can see where it doesnt seem to incredible. But if you look at maps with objectives there are only 2 I can think of where someone actually goes for the objective often, Das Schloss and Oasis. Das Schloss, its just to hard to eliminate everyone on the other teams going thru 75 neutrals *2, and oasis because of a fairly genius design and both are almost always played with fog in order to achieve the objective.

I am in one flat rate game right now and our goal is going to likely just be to take the easy +2 bonuses (ty for that extra bridge I really think that adds challenge to holding that bonus) and then prob expand outward eliminate people and take there cards, take the next bonus. It is foggy setting, so maybe I will try to get to the half the objective for the deploy, idk Ill keep ya posted, maybe its easier than i think.

Ya I see how easy it can be to hold the objective given that it is only 2 locations. Its not going to be feasible in a 2 team situation i.e 2v2 3v3 4v4 but in 2v2v2v2 and the like games it is feasible. And in ffa style somewhat feasible.
