Polymorphic Games with More than 2 Players

Concise description:
  • Allow polymorphic games that have 3 or more players.

Specifics/Details:
  • We already have polymorphic games with 2 players.
  • We have team games with more than 2 teams.
  • We should have polymorphic games with more than 2 players.

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:
  • This will benefit people who are not good at team games with more than 2 teams in order to let them practice more.
  • This will benefit people who are good at team games with more than 2 teams, because they can have some better polymorphic competition against each other.
  • This will let me run sweet tournaments (and presumably other TO's as well).

Thinking more about this and about this: viewtopic.php?f=4&t=218363

It almost seems as if a reclassification is needed for the game types.

Instead of Singles (standard, assassin, terminator, and polymorphic) and Teams (doubles, trips, quads, etc.), what it really should be is two new categories. The first is to define the team/turn structure: singles, doubles, triples, quadruples, and polymorphic. The second is the type of game: standard, assassin, terminator.

This is how it needs to happen.

Seems all encompassing...

Team term was an issue and team poly 2x2 vs 2x2 seems okay...

I think there becomes an issue with freestyle in this format that you laid out... but otherwise if there is a will there is a way xD

Fixed the quote code, so maybe that's enough?

If not, I guess my awesome suggestion could just be ignored because of lack of time/knowledge/caring/whatever. In summation, slamming a suggestion for being difficult to code while using incorrect code to quote Black Jesus seems lame. You seem lame.
