Time Mod

At what interval should the Time Mod insert a timestamp into GC?
1, 2, 5, 10, 15, 30, or 60 minutes?

Top of the hour or bottom of the hour?

Continue or break the loop?

Every 60 minutes unless there has not been any Good Chat for 14 minutes, so it should be placed to break the ice.

What about a random time interval ? When ever you got a bad dice post time ?
