I know for a fact that Bigroo, Hambone, and Aspalm are legit.

Should be a great battle... looking forward to seeing what the 10-man TFFS can bring.

Wow. This is looking pretty even (from what I can see anyway) through the first set of games? 10-10 do you think?

Be interesting to see how this turns out. Good luck all.

E.

I hope so. It's closer than I thought, but I think they're still heading for at least 11 after round 1. We will see :)

below is a link to a spreadsheet displaying tentative results. with tentative meaning i have took the liberty of prognosticating on the outcomes of unfinished games. (your mileage and opinion may vary on the current win/loss totals, but things will be adjusted when the depleted uranium dust settles and an accurate metaphorical body count takes place)

correction: 'i have took' should be 'i have taken' or 'i took' (i think)

thanks! (i think) i guess it stands as a testament to the extent of my social life.... plus, it helped me keep track of how many # of games people were in. there was a 15 game limit/person. also, when people like hambone and aspalm give me shit about the way i play, i can just point to the numbers and say "the percentages don't lie, young grasshoppers!"

re: ljex's ?

no fancy spreadsheet formulas, because i was too lazy. the winning %s are calculated by looking at the player column and the win column and seeing if both have a one and then dividing total wins for the respective player (of ones) by # of games played by the respective player in the first set of home and away games. if i were to do it w/ a formula i would have used a hidden field for each player containing a conditional expression to sum the wins.

ok, so i created a function to calculate the winning percentages given the layout of the spreadsheet. here is the formula for my winning percentage:

=round(100 * sumif(D2:D21,1,N2:N21)/D22,2)

i used a sumif function to do this. here is the example i used:

functions example

so basically, sum the values in n2:n21 if there is a 1 in the respective row from d2:21 i then divide by the total # of games in d22.

I didnt see your second post of the double post before me, i think you did that while i was writing my post. Anyway i was just curious how you did it with the layout of your spreadsheet.
