RA will be celebrating their one year anniversary as a competitive clan in October 2011. What better way to celebrate RA's anniversary than by a clan war! We feel we are now stronger than we were a year ago. This war, whether we win or lose, will be a celebration of how far we've come since our days as a 10 member social clan a year ago.

Aren't you missing a 'RA" in there somewhere?

I was under the impression that batch 2 would consist of 4 doubles, 4 triples, 5 quads each, plus the mentioned random no spoils game.

Yes, that is correct. With the random trips game in batch 2, it still equals 5 trips games. Look for the asterisks under Round 2 in the rules spoiler. It explains it there.
