Due to twice threatening to withdraw from the league, and once announcing an official withdrawal from the league, in addition to personally abusive, nonfactual posts and pms towards the voluntary tournament directors, upon review of all of the information available, it has been jointly determined, by the tournament directors, that eddie2 is banned from the CL4 and may no longer forthwith participate or have any active involvement with the clan league, as a player, or clan contact.

The clan he represents, AKA, may continue to participate in the competition if they are able to provide alternative first and second contacts, and a list of 10 provisional players, which do not include eddie2 and are able to carry on the duties of the contacts, by following the rules and event, as well as getting games and players in on time. There will be a zero tolerance with AKA if they so choose to stay in and provide what we are asking in the time we asked of it. They will have until Tuesday midnight CC time to post their intentions, if no post they will be withdrawn as well.

wel once again there was no pm to myself letting me know of this. and just found it when wondering if our week 2 opponants had posted. i will hold discussions with our mow's and see if they want to continue but need a couple of days to do so from this time.

ok i am pretty sure angola told me to pm the second round games and so i did! now a clanmate and DD told me that i should post it here instead!! i am really confused...

Do both, CKY. that way all of the bases are covered. It's most convenient for Angola if you pm him, but it's good for the other clans if you post your games here, as well.

• A list of home game maps, settings and players need to be sent to the DD no later than Sunday night midnight CC time. • Thursday and Friday (no earlier than Wednesday night midnight CC time and no later than Friday night midnight CC time): DD will invite all away players to games!
  
• All games should be up and running within 48 hours of the away invites (if they are sent at the last minute Games will therefore ideally be up and running by Sunday night)!

you have to send home games to the DD by Sunday night.

you can also post at same time if you so wish but you do have until Monday night to make this post.

this is done so there is no advantage to one clan or other some one posting prior to there opponent

Wasn't a complaint, WPBRJ... Since most clans are doing both of those in advance anyway... Was just trying to answer ckyrias fully.

So presumably our results will be null and void and we can re-use any maps we originally pitched vs. AKA?

Sucks to be us, we'd have changed our options vs. FOED had we known. Still we understand it has been somewhat unavoidable.

from what i understand aka has not withdrawn yet. due to the fact i believe a clan moderator is in talks with wrpbj and dj teflon. Also razorvich put something forward which has not been responded to yet angola.

Icky AKA has not been back at all since we received a with drawl letter from there leader. There have been many post in the threads misrepresenting the actual facts of the situation and the only thing that any one need to follow is what DJ or myself posts. we would never ask a player or a clan leader or even a 1st contact to post any major decision we make.

The only official statement as of right now is Eddie2 is banned from the event.

Yes if AKA decides to agree to stay in we will give ample time if needed to change and rework any games.
