By my count it will be a 3 war tie at the top with BoFM/WAR/OTP
If wins are the tie breakers I have
BoFM with 31 (poss 32)
WAR with 31(poss 32)
OTP with 28 (poss 30)
So WAR vs BoFM in the Finals?

First comparison is points, then number of games won/lost. A 3-way tie-break only exists if these things are equal.
It looks very likely that it will be a WAR v BoFM final based on games won/lost.
