We have been doing Spartan body weight exercises for weeks in anticipation of this one.

Body Weight exercises? If you can't do a three plate pull-up you are doing it wrong.

Looking forward to a challenging and (hopefully) exciting war! Hopefully we can pull the upset and move onto the semifinals, but gonna take a strong body of work from us to accomplish it.

TOFU and FOED have decided to void the results of this challenge in favour of facing off in a drinking challenge this October in Bavaria.
The Cup will be postponed until further notice.
