Because they are unlikely to find anyone they want and don't require large amounts of relatively active posters. This isn't doing anyone any harm, we aren't advertising another site, we are just showing people another side of the forum that has personally kept me on this site, and may keep others coming back as well. If your not intrested fine then don't click the link.
