[Rules] Auto-skip subsequent deadbeat turns in all games

I propose that once a player misses a turn, he be placed on "away" status. If he is on "away" status, his future turns will automatically be skipped (or given a shorter time limit, like 2 or 4 hours) unless he hits a button that says "I'm back" or the like. This will greatly speed up games that have deadbeats in them, since a deadbeat will only be able to stall for 24 hours once. I got this idea from online poker sites, most of them have some form of this feature to keep the game moving.

Priority: 3?

Pardon me if this has been suggested before. I read the stickies, but maybe I missed something.

I'd like to add that if you decide to implement the suggestion about intentionally missing turns (http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1876), you could merge that with my suggestion. You'd just make an "I'm away" button to put yourself into away status manually. That way if you have to leave town on business or whatever, you can forfeit your turns without holding up the game.

Bad idea in this form, as you would get kicked out in only like 30 hours.
