SUGGESTION: Clan games [Pending]

Suggestion Idea:
In order to organize clan games, the CGO (clan game organizer) needs ability to create a game, which he/she won't join automatically.
Specifics:
This type of games must be password protected and have a title. And should go to a new tab in "Join a Game" called "Join Clan Games".
Ability to create such game will be protected by a specific privilege (CGO privilege).
For every complete group of 20 people in the clan, 1 CGO privilege will be granted to the clan. The clan is free to assign this CGO privilege to any of its member. If clan members count drops below a complete group of 20 people, this privilege will be revoked.
This suggestion can be implemented only after a new clan system will be in place first.
Why it is needed: Currently only a tournament game gives you ability to create such games. But they are not really tournament games, and they should have different privileges. People who spend a lot of time organizing private clan games, should not be tasked to run a public tournament every 3 months.
Priority** (1-5): 4
