Move Game Chat Above the Fold:

Removes barrier to communication
Enhances diplomacy element of strategy

Specifics/Details:

Rearranging the page layout will facilitate communication

How this will benefit the site and/or other comments:

Deeper engagement
Increased player retention
Learning curve less steep
Decreased "deadbeats"

Makes sense to me. Could make it an option that starts with game chat near the top.

Don't forget that most players have 1280 px wide screens and rearranging the page will be painful for them.

This is currently possible with the BOB script. It would be nice for it to be an option available to all players though but it should be an option only.
