Check Boxes to join game/Making more than one *Rejected*

I know I've suggested both in the past, but i wish to put both ideas into one, so that people can see both, and how they will speed up game making/ joining abilities for all!

I have 2 suggestions, so I'll put it into 2 separate thoughts.

1) Check Boxes on the "Join a game" menu-
I believe that check boxes are needed on the "Join a Game" menu, so that you can join more than one game, at one time. I understand that some people may believe that people will abuse this, so if needed, you could instate a cap on this, so that people do not abuse the system (10 max or something)
This allows new players to look through all games, and find the ones that they wish to play, without losing their spot once they've joined, and having to try and go back there, without success.

I believe that it is priority 4, because it is probably not that difficult, and could easily be done on the next update!

2) Making more than one game at a time-
I believe that you should be able to create more than one game at a time at the "Start your own game" menu. This will allow players to start a certain amount of games, and speed up the process of Game making/ playing for most.
I cannot begin to tell you how many times I've spent here, making 25 games or more, and it taking me at least 30 minutes. Although i believe this is necessary, it probably is a bit harder to do. I'll place same priority at 4- but it may take a while to implement!

Thanks, and I hope you enjoy my ideas.
I will run a poll for 7 days, and from that, I hope the mods can gage the overall welcome, or dislike of it.
John-

Good suggestions. You can however right click on the join game link and open it in a new window, thus keeping your position on the Join A Game page.

I really don't think this is necessary, but I'm not premium so I would have no use for it, but would you really want the same game created that many times?

I don't really want to encourage people to make games en masse, and for joining multiple games you can use a tabbed browser.

You can open the join links in a new tab keping the listing in your active tab

what you suggest does not cut down on the time it takes people to open/ create new games, you just suggested we open a new tab, which does not solve the problem.

Today, I wished to join a players games. He created 50 of them, i had to individually click on each of them, and over and over again refresh, and go back.
Imagine what he had to do, choose all of the options, and everything 50 times!
If you were to even limit it to 10 games, then you could save both myself, and him, alot of time, not only creating, but joining the games.
Thanks,
John

i swear my technique is 100% guaranteed to cut down on the time to join multiple games!

0. open firefox
1. go to join page or do a game finder query
2. for each game you want to join, click the join link with the middle button of your mouse
3. right-click on the join listings tab and click "close other tabs"

voilà

I'll take your word for it, but I'd still like to see this idea used for the site, especially considering the results of the poll.

no i think the results of the poll are meaningless, you put no ''i dont like either option'' option. its effectively saying do you want this implemented with two options, yes and yes. it dosent mean anything.......

That's what I do but It would be faster with check boxes but I'ld only give it a 2

wow, I didn't put a GFY option? I must have been asleep that day.
Maybe lack can add that option, and re-start the poll?
and then gage the results upon his own opinion?

no no. not a gfy option, but an option saying i dont like either of these ideas. you only have i like these options, i personally wasnt fussed and clicked the third option, as im sure alot of people did, if there had been a no opinion option or i dont like either then the poll would be valid......
