How about if in an alliance game, and there is a deadbeat that is booted from the game, all of the deadbeats territories and troops are reassigned to their allies with their troops, or perhaps with a troop penalty (all continents with more than 3 troops are reduced to 3, and if they have 3 or less they maintain the same number of troops).

I know I posted this before, but it was in the wrong forum, and I don't think there are any moderators around to move threads around for us.

Don't you hate it when your ally just leaves the game because he knows he's got good chances of loosing?
It happened to me and the only thing I want to do is play against that /"?$%$//"?$/?%&%/??/%$?%$&&/$ and kill him!
If his armies would have been reassigned, I would have granted him my pardon, but now he goes down as long has I live!
Peace

On the other hand, granting you his/her armies does give you an unfair advantage...

I dont think so. After three turns of no partner game, the situation we call in Brazil "uma pindaíba danada", it doesnt count that much.
One more time, I repeat: I think two turns is nice for the elimination of deadbeats. One day for a turn, because a lonely deadbeat is, we call in Brazil, "um pé no saco".

Quee heh play a game of triples where your partners both quit, it won't be unfair because by the time they're booted out your opponents were doing turns while you were stuck trying to control a small area.
