Start private then make public (suggestion)

* Suggestion Idea:You can start a game private so you can, say join a doubles game in a different time zone if you cant be on together but then not have to find someone to play and give the password too.
* Specifics:
* Why it is needed: To not worry about someone thats not your partner joining before your partner
