New World map

The number of opposition troops in the spanish territories make it a death trap to be placed there. The numbers need to be reduced from 6 to 3 on Spanish 1, 2, and 3. The current set up makes it impossible to collect cards or expand the first three turns of the game. Putting any player set there at a significant disadvantage. I have never heard of nor seen anyone with the game from this starting position.

Any map related feedback/suggestions need to be put in the maps thread in the foundry.

That being said, this map has already been quenched, and is out of beta, so it is very unlikely that anything will be changed.

1st, this is not the place where this suggestion should take place. 2ndly i have seen many who had won starting from spain. From your point of view, what is different spain has from those britain, dutch, portuguesa and also france ? Probably you are new on that map and need to play some more to see how to win whereever you start from. There are more trouble possesing starting points rather than spain in new world...
I love that map with every single detail....

Any further discussion should be in that thread.
