Notification Upon Decline/Acceptance of Game Invite *Done*

Specifics:
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- When a player you sent a game invite either accepts of declines said invite, automatically send a private message in return informing you of their decision.
Specifics:
- The game sends them the automated PM to accept/decline, it would be nice to have a notification of which they chose.
This will improve the following aspects of the site:
- Help you to notice missing spots where you intended to invite someone.
- Keep certain types of players out of games you wanted to fill. I understand that one could just make a private game for this, but the invites make it that much smoother of a process.
