You are a lawyer, correct? How do you think your being a lawyer affects your work as Foundry Executive and how does your being a lawyer reflect in your work?

What is your opinion of the Foundry? Are we simply in too deep a rut to climb out, or do you think the Foundry can be 'fixed'? How has your view of the Foundry changed over time, and how has your being Foundry Reporter/Executive changed that over the months/years you've been around?
