Scripts here are normally hosted on userscripts.org which is currently down. They say it will be back up in a few hours.

That means you won't be able to install any scripts from there at all until this is fixed.
If you install a script now,it will basically do nothing as the actual script is not being downloaded.

Same goes for updates.
