The widget is for a computer running Mac OS 10.4 or better. Assuming you are, download the file, unzip it to the desktop, and then double-click it. The widget will automatically be installed to your dashboard.

If you're not running a Mac, there are several similar notifying applications out there for Windows.

Unfortunately, this information isn't in the current RSS feed so I can't access it. There's several features I'd like to see added to the feed but I need to review the RSS 2.0 spec to see what would be the best way to add them in before posting a suggesting for updating the RSS. For now, this idea will have to wait until the RSS catches up to it.

Amazing app, thanks man!

What I'd really like to have is "time remaining" listed along with the game info...

Janviv, I was thinking that maybe you could do a similar thing, except with friends list. A "Who's online" thing. You could have it similar, except there would be no tab to switch through the people, and instead of games, you would have people and it would say whether or not they are online. Here is the url you could use:
http://www.conquerclub.com/forum/viewonline.php
Anyway, I hope that helps, and that you could do this :D If you can, great. If you do, even better  If you can't, o well, I'm sure lack will get around to it, and thanks anyway.

Thanks for the link to viewonline.php. I think it should be doable. Finishing up a thesis right now and getting married in a two weeks so I'll see where I can fit this in.

Okay. Thanks a lot man! I'm happy for you (getting married and all), and, after your honeymoon and when you get some free time back, maybe you can begin work on this. Anyway, thanks :D I don't think it should be to hard really… You could just use the same widget code as this one, with a few modifications.

Sorry, the widget has some specific JavaScript in it that makes it only work with Apple's Dashboard which you'll need at least 10.4 in order to get it to work.

Checked the link and it all seems to be working fine. Try again and PM me if you still can't get it to work.
