Conquer Club Map Rank

This script is now redundant.

Uninstall Map Rank if you already have done so and then install the new Map Rank GL:

er... somethings not working. I got this:
wcaclimbing is a Cook at Age Of Realms 2
233 pts, 15% won

Which I am 100% sure is wrong. I've gotten hundreds of points off that map, and I'm pretty sure my win rate is at least 40% for that map.
See my high rank? almost all of that came from AoR 2 (Magic)

Calculates ranking, points, and win/loss ratio for any player on any specified map.
This is not the same as ordinary ranking which gives a total ranking for all maps played.
You can use this to see how good a player is at a particular map.

Map Rank appears in the left sidebar menu.
Type in player name underneath "Player" and then select from the map dropdown.
Press Get Map Rank.
The script will calculate the rank for that player specifically on the map selected,
present total points on that map and also win/loss ratio on that map.

Requirements
You must be running Firefox with Greasemonkey installed.
Full instructions for Firefox and Greasemonkey from scratch: viewtopic.php?t=41487
No facility for autologin is yet implemented so you do need to be logged in or you can use the
Auto-login script

Installation
Click on this link (with Firefox and Greasemonkey installed)
Conquer Club Map Rank
Click on Install and that's it.
Once installed you'll see this in the left hand menu , depending on what order your scripts are in.

It says the scanning then just stays at 0% I even let it sit for 10 minutes and nothing.

Does this assume a starting value of 1000 points then adjust the score based on only on the games on that map? I.E. I would have over 1250 points if my only games were on classic but only 900 if I just played AoR1?

If that's the case, I think doing a simple +/- would be much easier to understand. Then I could easily see that I have gained 266 points from Classic (+266) but have lost 104 points from AoR 1 (-104).

Also, I would like to see the actual win/loss record rather than a straight percentage.

I agree with this as well. Perhaps an option to display all maps (probably overall more useful).

Does it calculate rank based on just the points won? It seems to me that you should add 1000 before calculating the "rank".

Well, I'm in the middle of fixing, but want to answer the questions:

First bug: Won't factor in Terminator games properly so will fix that first. (wcaclimbing and Timminz).

Night Strike: I've added 1000pts artifically to reflect normal scoring, but can do all of your suggestions no problem.

Kaplowitz - this is possible but you would be waiting a while for the results if you've played a lot of games, I think.

Ill be waiting longer if i have to go through every map manually.

Cool. I like simple fixes like that. Means I get what I want sooner. ;)

I agree with kap. There are a lot of people who like stats, including many people in my clan, who would be VERY willing to wait for that data to compile. Just have an option to choose all maps in the drop down then just have it list everything in that pop up box. Heck, I would enjoy it from time to time and will probably use it for tournaments.

Well, I do have to go, sorry , I will fix the lot tomorrow.

I have uploaded a terminator games fix so you should see better data if you install this new one.
Maybe other games type do points oddly, but I'll get on it and thanks for the lightning fast feedback!

Nope, I don't think that's right. I think your terminator calculation is counting an elimination as a win. I quickly went through his game finder and saw that he lost at least 10, which would put him below 96% (b/c I didn't go through everything).

Back before AoR Might and AoR Magic came out, my score had been below 1000 since the day I joined.
96% is too much, but I've gotten probably around 1500 points combined with AoR Might and Magic.

How are you calculating points? I just checked myself on Classic, the percentage is right, but the number is off a little. I should be +7, the script shows me as +49.

EDIT: I know what the problem is. There were a number of games where the game log was lost. These games do not have a point change logged. So anyone who ended games in March will have incorrect scores.

Just a quick note: lancehoch's comment is correct - not much can be done if the logs don't exist.

I've just found another problem which will be fixed first thing (esp if you have more than 100 games on a map).
Also win count needs correcting, sorry about that.

could this be modified to count the number of unique opponents we have beaten for Assasin and Standard (since Terminator wouldn't be accurate without reading all the logs). I think that would help more than anything, at least until CC gets an "official" stats thing for that.

lack has stated (in one of the 100 threads about this that popped up in the last 24 hours) that you must win the terminator games, it is not based on how many people you eliminate.
