You will have to sign up for a free Google account but this is also valid for any of Google's myriad of services.
You will be asked this anyway when you try and use a gadget.

(Greasemonkey) scripts on Google Chrome

Google Chrome has had a limited support of user scripts (versions 2.0 and later), and now supports installing all greasemonkey scripts, though not every script will work since Chrome does not allow everything greasemonkey scripts.

Installing is easy: go to userscripts to find the script, and click install. Or click the link leading to the script. If you then select allow and install, it should work the next time you go to a page.

Uninstalling can be done in the extensions-tab(accessible throug the menu, or go to chrome://extensions/ ).

Problems:
- Updating is hard, requires an uninstall/reinstall.
- Version information is not properly displayed in the extensions-menu.
- Not all scripts work in Chrome.

A few scripts have been modified/confirmed to work with chrome:
