'Germany 2' not in 'maps.xml'

Hi,
I have this personal tool counting some statistics. It now crashes since it looks like some maps (e.g. 'Germany 2') are missing in the 'maps.xml'-file. What's the deal with the maps.xml-file? Is that correct or what happened? Isn't it nice to have in maps.xml also all maps that have disappeared in the history of CC? This makes it easier to still calculate all statistics from those maps as well.
