Monthly Leader board?

When does this leader board reset itself? Exact times if possible please and thanks.

It already has reset....just not showing since there aren't enough eligible players yet. I believe the new board shows up after a day or two.

When I was in the top 10 for November, I got my stuff on December 4. Take that as you will.
