why?

At first look I would guess it is because of your rank. Most high ranked players don't like joining a game with a player ranked lower as you are because the risk/reward isn't worth it. For instance if I played you I would gain maybe 5 points for beating you but I would lose 80 if I lost. Which means I would have to beat you 16 games in a row and then lose just 1 to break even. Not worth it.
Another reason may be because the games you create aren't very popular games/settings. Players don't really enjoy playing that map/settings and the new recruits don't know what they are doing, they just join the first games they see that look interesting. These are just guesses though.
